Love it or Leave it: Celine's Comeback Look
Whether you are a fan of Celine Dion or not, you can’t deny she is a mega star. The Quebec born songstress is one of the most celebrated musicians in the world while being one of the most bankable artists in music history selling over 200 million albums worldwide. That’s big.
Now after a 4-year stint performing nightly in her five-star theatrical show at the Coliseum at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, Celine is ready for a comeback. This week Celine’s record label released a collection of promo photos taken for the release of her new album, Taking Chances and we were surprised to see a new Celine.
Sporting a lion’s mane of extensions, a super nude lip, contoured cheeks, and very dramatic gunmetal smoked eyes; Ms. Dion seems to be in full Diva mode. After watching her video for the song by the same name, we were impressed to see Celine’s new affinity for makeup carried through, as she sported a fierce, albeit, over the top cat-eye in the clip.
But here’s the question…is it all too much for our little songbird? Or is Celine finally being the fierce diva she was always meant to be? Tell us. Love it of leave it?
We not sure how we feel about the song yet, but our gut says it’s going to be a hit for her. The small sample of The Eurhythmics’ Here Comes The Rain Again is a nice touch, though.

maybe if the lid wasn't so
but hey! it was a good first try at something super bold. with a few tweaks, it could be super great, even though I hate her singing. but nothing tugs at the Puffy heartstrings more than a good old smudge of gun metal eye shadow! ;D
not so much
