August Look of the Month Winner: Hayden Panettiere

Well, it was a VERY close call between Hayden and Natalie - but Hayden is our August Look of the Month Winner by 4 votes! We can all agree that we simply adore Hayden's fresh bob here - sleek and sophisticated. We are also beyond thrilled with Hayden's toned-down makeup look (ie. sans pounds of heavy eye and face makeup) - its light and summery. With the lighter eye and face makeup, she looks her age - finally - We gotta say its the best she has looked in a long time! We love the bright pop of her glossy cherry pout too! Keep it up Hayden!

I saw this photo a couple of days ago and was wondering what has been used on her skin; it seems like gold powder that has been dusted over the cheeks (and even lightly all-over?) Seen it on some stars on the red carpet. It doesn't seem like a highlighter for cheekbones but more like a golden tone that makes the skin look dewy?
